Cable, Roller and Track Repair
Frayed cables, rollers that grind or jump, and bent or rusted track. We replace cables as a pair, fit sealed rollers and straighten or replace track so the door runs quietly and lands evenly.

Opener Repair and New Openers
Gears, logic boards, safety sensors, keypads and remotes diagnosed and repaired on site. Most opener repairs run $150 to $300. A new chain, belt or wall mounted opener supplied and installed usually runs $350 to $650.

Off Track Doors
A door that came off its track after a bump or a snapped cable can fall. Do not run the opener. We secure the door, reset the rollers, repair the track and check every hinge and bracket before handing it back.

New Wind Rated Doors
Replacement doors need a permit, an inspection and a Florida Product Approval for the wind pressure at your address, and most communities here also review style and color. We handle the paperwork and the HOA submission. Single doors typically run $700 to $2,000 installed, double doors $1,200 to $4,000.

Tune Ups Before The Season
We lubricate springs and bearings, check cables, rollers and hinges, tighten the hardware and test the opener's safety reverse. Ideal before hurricane season or before a seasonal owner arrives. Most tune ups run $90 to $150.

Estero Garage Door Repair & Services is a new garage door company with an office on Chevrolet Way in Estero. We are new and say so plainly. Our promise is practical: a careful look at the door, a straight explanation, a written price and a repair done properly.
Estero grew fast after the village was incorporated in 2014, and much of it is gated communities with attached two and three car garages built over a short span of years. That means many doors reach the age of their first spring or opener failure at the same time. Along the coast, from Bonita Beach to Fort Myers Beach, salt air and the 2022 storm surge from Hurricane Ian left their mark on doors and hardware that we still see today.

How much is a broken spring in Estero?
Most spring replacements run $200 to $500 installed for a matched pair, depending on the weight of the door and the spring size. We replace both springs together and agree the price before we start.
Do I need a permit to replace my garage door?
Yes. Depending on your address the permit comes from the Village of Estero, the City of Bonita Springs, the Town of Fort Myers Beach or Lee County. The door needs a Florida Product Approval for the wind pressure at your address. We check the parcel and file with the right office.
My community needs to approve a new door. Can you help?
Yes. We give you the product sheet, color options and photos to submit to your association, and we schedule the installation once it is approved.
Can you get through my community gate?
Yes. Add us to your gate list or tell the guardhouse our company name when you book, and we check in on arrival.
Can you come out the same day?
Usually, for a broken spring or a door that will not close. You get an arrival window when you book.
Should I run the opener with a broken spring?
No. The opener is not built to lift the full weight of the door, and running it can strip the gears or pull the door off track. Leave the door closed, unplug the opener and call us.
